These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
Distance Contract: a contract concluded exclusively via distance communication methods.
3. Formation of the Contract
A contract is concluded once the customer places an order and payment has been successfully authorized.
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.
Oakline Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.
4. Offers & Pricing
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise and may not include import duties, customs fees, VAT adjustments, or other applicable charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer where legally applicable.
Obvious errors or typographical mistakes do not constitute a binding offer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through international warehouses and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are non-binding.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods do not constitute non-delivery under applicable law.
Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
Detailed conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
This provision does not limit any mandatory rights granted under EU or Irish consumer protection law.
7. Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Unless the item is defective or not in conformity with the contract, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
8. Payments
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or other providers).
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
9. Product Evaluation, Warranty & Non-Defective Items
Consumers are entitled to statutory rights under EU and Irish law, including the right to receive goods that are:
as described,
of satisfactory quality,
fit for purpose.
Dissatisfaction related to fit, appearance, feel, or subjective quality perception does not in itself constitute a lack of conformity.
Such cases are treated as withdrawals without cause and handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Nothing in this section limits statutory warranty rights.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not in conformity with the contract, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue and provide appropriate evidence.
Where a lack of conformity is confirmed, the consumer is entitled to:
repair, or
replacement,
free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.
11. Liability
Oakline Boutique is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable Irish or EU law.
12. Complaints
Complaints or inquiries must be submitted to:
📧 support@oaklineboutique.com
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Consumers in Ireland may also have the right to seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Irish or European Union consumer protection legislation.
